Round balloons have a diameter of (approx) 12 inches/30cm & will come in assorted vibrant & cheerful colours. Party balloons are delivered in a flat state, you just need to inflate them with air or helium gas manually or with a pump.

These assorted coloured balloons are made of helium-grade latex material. Each balloon comes with a flexible elastic band attached at the bottom.
