The following locations/postcodes are categorised as ‘UK non-mainland’: Northern Ireland (BT), Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), Isle of Wight (PO30-40), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Anglesey (LL58-62, LL64-78), Scottish Highlands & Islands (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-88, PH1-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Aberdeenshire & Moray (AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56) and Falkirk (FK19-21)

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, VAT will be deducted at checkout. We cover the cost of export only. Deliveries to EU countries may incur import taxes and custom duties, which are payable by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot say how much these might be as they vary from country to country. Service Delivery Time Cost
Standard Delivery 5-7 working days Costs will be calculated at checkout. Costs are based on delivery destination and order total

All orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. A despatch confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers)

We use a range of carriers to deliver your order, which is determined by the size, weight, value of the goods and delivery address location 

Yes, most carriers will notify you via email or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time. You will also be able to track yourself via the link provided in your despatch email or on this website

A signature may be required upon delivery of some orders. You will be notified of this in your despatch confirmation email and/or by the courier directly

The carrier will post a 'you were not home' card which will include their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery directly with them. Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse. 
You will then need to contact us with further instructions. If you require us to despatch the goods once more, an additional charge may apply

If your parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, then please refuse delivery and/or contact us as soon as possible

If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order within the given timeframe, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order
