Price Match Promise

We want to offer our customers the very best prices for every product we sell. We know that a saving of even a couple of pounds can make a huge difference. That’s why we promise to match the price of your products if you find them cheaper elsewhere.

If you would like us to price match an item you’re interested in buying, simply send us a link to our competitors website and we’ll confirm. Send us an email to info@eventdecorshop.co.uk.

We only match against the cost of the item including delivery charges

We only price match against websites from retailers based in the UK, selling UK products

We will not price match against marketplaces sellers e.g. Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc.

We do not price match against Event Decor Shop Trade or other trade sites

The competitor’s product must be identical to the one on our site (brand, colour, size etc.) and “A-grade”. We will not price match against refurbished items

The product must be in-stock and available to order from the competitor’s website that same day

We will not price match against clearance items, promotional events (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day or January Sales) or pricing errors. Prices will not be matched for items promoted with any language similar to "limited time", "limited quantity", or "while stocks last"

We will not price match against competitors discount coupon codes

We will only match a competitor's price if you have not yet placed the order. No retrospective refunds will be offered if a competitor lowers their price after you have placed an order with us
