This means that if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your goods to return them to us for a full refund.
All we ask is that the item is returned to us unused and in its original condition and packaging.
If the item you wish to return is not faulty, you will be responsible for paying the returns postage costs you incur.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide you with a free returns postage label.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete this needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt.
If it develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period that is not related to misuse, you can return the goods for a replacement, subject to stock. If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a full refund.
If your item develops a fault outside of the warranty period, we will do our best to provide a solution which is agreeable to both parties.
Before you return any items to us, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send the return.
Once the returned goods have been received by us, we will process a refund or replacement within 4 working days.
Refunds should appear on your bank statement within a further 2-3 days (dependent on your bank) and replacements will arrive within a further 3 working days (another despatch confirmation will be emailed).
We will refund you via the same method in which you paid. All refunds will go back onto the same card / account used at the time of purchasing.
If you paid for your order using Klarna, we will notify Klarna once we’ve processed and accepted your return/refund. Klarna will then cancel any future scheduled payments, as well as refund any amount due.
