This 125pcs balloon arch kit contains 35pcs 12" navy blue, royal blue, gold confetti and silver confetti balloons + 60pcs 10" metallic gold, navy blue, royal blue and white balloons +30pcs 5" white balloons + 1pc 16ft balloon tape + 1pc white ribbon roll +1pc balloon dot glue tape + 1pc hook for attaching garland. These balloons are made of latex rubber and are of helium grade, so you can even fill them up with helium gas.
